Prepare for a JCC, if there is one DELETE

A JCC is a confidential meeting with a judge or master and the other party in your case. A JCC gives you and the other person a good opportunity to:

  • see if you can settle your case without going to court (which might save you time and money), or
  • if you do end up going to court, understand what you need to do to prepare for the court hearing.
