Swear or Affirm your Financial Statement and File it in Supreme Court

You must swear or affirm your Financial Statement before filing it. You can do this at the courthouse when you file your Form F8. There will be a charge of approximately $40. If you have a lawyer, they can also swear or affirm it for you.

Before you swear or affirm the document, review it carefully or have your lawyer review it, to make sure everything is correct. It can be difficult to change after it has been sworn.
