Swear or affirm your Financial Statement and file it in Provincial Court
You must swear or affirm your Financial Statement before filing it. You can do this at the courthouse when you file your Form 4. If you have a lawyer, they can also swear or affirm it for you.
Before you swear or affirm the document, review it carefully to make sure everything is correct. It can be difficult to change after it has been sworn.
