F46: Trial Certificate

File this form at the court registry at least 14 (but no more than 28) days before your trial starts to indicate that you're ready to start the trial and that all examinations for discovery have been completed. You'll also indicate how long you estimate the trial will take and that the Trial Management Conference has been held.
