20: Notice of Exemption from Parenting Education Program

If you're in an Early Resolution Registry, Family Justice Registry, or Parenting Education Program Registry, you have to take a Parenting Education Program. There are some exceptions to having to take this course, such as if you have a medical condition. Use this form to ask for an exemption so you can appear before a judge at a family management conference.
